Welcome to the Lucky Draw Promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by Southern Trident Limited (“Company”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:
1. The Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of England and Wales and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Company, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Entry:
3. The Promotion begins on 15th June and ends on 18th June 2023. Entries received after the end date and time will not be considered.
4. To enter the Promotion, participants must fill out a physical form and drop it in the ballot box at the show venue.
5. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Selection of Winners:
6. The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion period. The draw will be conducted within 30 days after the end of the Promotion period.
7. The winners will be notified via email or phone, using the contact information provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes:
8. The prizes offered in this Promotion will be described in detail on the Company’s website or promotional materials. The Company reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equal or greater value.
9. The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be provided.
10. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with the prizes they receive.
Publicity Release:
11. By participating in the Promotion, winners agree to allow the Company to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and any other personal information provided for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions:
12. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
13. The Company is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the selection of winners.
14. The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if it is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures.
15. By participating in the Promotion, participants release the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of or related to the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Governing Law:
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
